Patrik Jönsson

My name is Patrik Jönsson and I am 29 years old. I live in Sundbyberg with my girlfriend Annika. I work as a SAP consultant at Acando with an assignment at Ericsson AB. My assignment comprises programming dynamic product packages (DPP) in the Variant Configurator (LO-VC). A DPP is a complex product that can have many choices that is answered by the user which results in a Bill of Material (BOM) that is sent to production. When programming the Variant Configurator this involves comprehensive knowledge in both Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD).

My previous assignment at Ericsson was as a Master Data Specialist. The work comprised of creating and maintaining Ericsson's materials Master Data in Materials Management (MM) in SAP. Development, implementation and testing of new system functionality in SAP was also essential parts of the assignment.

I studied at Stockholm University at The Department of Computer and Systems Sciences. I wrote my master thesis between the fall 2005 and the spring 2006, which comprised e-ID and obstacles for increased use. Before that I also wrote a bachelor thesis comprising attitudes towards file sharing. One of my interests that I love to do is exercise and I do so through Powerlifting and low and high cardiovascular activity, like walking and running.

As a person I am a very structured, driven and communicative, which shows in every thing that I undertake. I am both the starter and the finisher in the tasks I am involved in. As a starter I often come forth with creative ideas and new proposals. As a finisher I always complete what I have undertaken, and because I set clear and reachable goals I know what is demanded from me to finish. I am also a positive person that sees possibilities rather than obstacles and I have allot of humour.
