Updated: 2010-01-04
Version: 1
Description:
This program is developed in russia and has similarities with the Smolov squat program. The program is six weeks long and describes a squat peak cycle. I have used the program for squat, benchpress and deadlift at the same time and for a single exercise. If you like to train hard and near failiur this is the prgram for you. Remember that the program is very difficult why it is good to use a one repetition maximum (1RM) that is lower than your acctual 1RM to be able to complete the cycle.

Powerlifting Protocol

Program: Powerlifting Competition Protocol

Version: 1
Description:
This powerlifting competition protocol is designed to administrate a powerlifting or benchpress competition. The protocol sums up the good lifts and calculates a score according to the Wilks table for men and women. The weight class for men and women is also calculated according to the Swedish Powerlifting Federation. The protocol is written in swedish but is very self explaining. A failed lift is entered with a minus in front to ensure that it is not summed with the good lifts. To see the next lifter all weights are sorted descending if the headline is clicked. Remember where you got the protocol from and please give feedback (if you like it ; )
